Holi special- Chocolate rolls

Holi hai!
Holi is the time to unwing, de-stress and bond with sweets, thandai and colors.
As you guys are loving the recipes, especially the chocolate one's, so on this holi I have a very quick n easy 4 ingredient recipe which everyone of you can make and make your relatives n friends go gaga.

CHOCOLATE ROLLS

Ingredients

150g khoya
3Tbsp milk
8-10 bourbon biscuits
6Tbsp powdered sugar

Method
1. Take bourbon biscuits, remove the chocolate creme from the biscuits.

2. Grind the biscuits to the powdered form.

3. Dig a hole in the center and add 3Tbsp milk to the powdered biscuit n roll it into a dough.

4. Now take khoya and knead it.

5. Add 6Tbsp powdered sugar to it and knead it into a dough.

6. Take a flat plate, first roll the khoya dough like chapati on it and then ssimilarly roll the biscuit dough. (for this you can use celophane sheet to roll the dough properly without sticking and breaking it)

7. Now place the biscuit layer on the khoya one carefully in the middle.

8. Roll the dough very carefully without breaking it into a cylindrical roll.

9. Refrigerate it for 15-20minutes and them cut it at the breaks of 1 inche.

I garnished it with some melted chocolate which I made by melting 10g chocolate with 3tbsp milk.

And you are ready to serve them to your guests.

Happy eating!
Wish you all a holi filled with sweet moments and colourful memories to cherish forever....
