Classic Glazed This is the classic as well as simplest of all, which is just a normal donut, coated in sugar syrup, adding a classic taste to it. Cutie Fruity This is the best among all, with perfect presentation and the amazing burst of fruity flavours, left me craving for more n more. Cinnamon Have a bite of this one can indulge yourself in the warmth of donut and hint of cinnamon, though this was on a

Lotus Kitchen Co

You know the specialty of lotus right? This beautiful flower is cultured in filth, making every possible effort to bloom bright and Lotus Kitchen in Ashok Vihar, Phase 1 has rightly justified its nomenclature. This casual restaurant serves some lip smacking North-Indian, Italian, and other continental food. Do you know what’s the best way to judge the cookery of a new food joint? Here’s a pro tip: Order some Chinese! Ahaa! So here’s what ended up on my platter The food, out of paper bags, was well placed in microwave-safe bowls (perfect for less mess and lazy foodies). I will begin with the Dry Manchurian that was fiery on spice although a little dry on the inside. The second dish that was served to this Punjabi tongue was Dhabba Style Noodles . The noodles came without cabbage, just as ordered so it was well cooked and just as spicy as the Manchurian. The next was Shahi Malai Kofta . Now in Indian Cuisine, you are deemed to have dry fruits in anything that is

The sound of rain droplets calls for the perfect time to have tea, pakode and everything lip smacking to compliment the beautiful weather. And how can we keep calm when our favourite tea joint has introduced the monsoon menu. Chaayos, our only go to place when the taste buds crave for piping hot kulhad vali chai and spicy pakodas, has now introduced their Monsoon Menu and we are going gaga over it. It not only offers different variants of tea and pakodas but have a lot of vegetarian and non vegetarian additions to the menu this time, including kulhad vali jalebi, paneer/ chicken loaded open paratha, kulhad masala chicken kulcha, bun samosa, ice tea and the most innovative shahi chai. I visited the Chaayos outlet at Netaji Subhash Place. The interiors are done keeping in the mind the monsoon feels with umbrellas and colourful tea glasses hanging from the ceiling with mesmerizing lighting. To start with, we had Aam panna and Strawberry Pineapple Lemonade: Aam panna was o

Far away from the hustles of the town, surrounded by the greenery and silence, is this huge property, Knight Rider Junction.  Primarily contriving as BYOB (Bring Your Own Booze), this beautiful property offers a private room, lounge, open terrace and garden area under one roof for an amazing dining experience.  With their Italian, Continental, Mughlai and Chinese food, they will surely take you on the delectable food ride. From the very vast food options they offer, I had, Jalapeno Corn Cheese Rolls: Crispy rolls stuffed with corn and loads of gooey cheese, served with mayo and juliennes of beetroot and carrot, a simple yet yummy dish. Pan Seared Fish: Well marinated and super fresh fish, seared with excellence, offered with mint and mayo. The fish was cooked so well and was flavourful till the last bite. This newly opened outlet in Rajouri is a blessing for all the health freak foodies. Though it is a delivery/take away joint, you all must be thinking about the packing, right? The packing is way to perfect with everything packed properly and safely. The interesting part of The Diet Kitchen, is that the amount of proteins, carbs and calories, ypu would have through your meal is mentioned on the menu. To experience the healthy twist, I too ordered some delicious and healthy food from the diet kitchen. GRILLED PANEER SOYA VEGGIE PIZZA, a thin crust pizza with loads of veggies and paneer with less of cheese, which was not really missed. The crust of the pizza b
